Premier of Gauteng Province of the Republic of South Africa visits China
From June 10th to 14th, Mr. Panyaza Lesufi, Premier of Gauteng Province of the Republic of South Africa, led a delegation to attend the 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo and visited Hunan Province and Shenzhen Municipality. During the visit, Mr. Mao Weiming, Governor of Hunan Province, Mr. Song Junji, Vice Governor of Shandong Province, and Mr. Dai Jintao, Vice mayor of Shenzhen Municipality met with Mr. Lesufi respectively and exchanged views on cooperation in areas such as energy, transportation, infrastructure, agricultural modernization, trade promotion, law enforcement, and cultural exchanges. Hunan Province and Gauteng Province signed Agreement on the Establishment of Friendship Provinces Relationship and Memorandum of Understanding on Twinning Arrangement. The Premier also visited relevant enterprises and institutions in Hunan Province and Shenzhen Municipality.
